Early Investor Purchase Agreement (Summary Terms)
1. Parties
Seller: T.V.K. Labs & Technologies LTD · Purchaser: approved investor identified through KYC
2. Purchase
Subject to approval, the Purchaser may acquire ENK tokens at the price and allocation specified in the investor dashboard or allocation letter for the applicable round (Early Investor, Strategic, Private Sale, or Public Presale).
3. Payment
Available payment assets and networks are the verified production methods shown in the signed-in Payments dashboard at the time an order-specific instruction is issued. Never send funds to a static or public address. Payments must originate from verified sources consistent with AML declarations.
4. Vesting
Standard sale-round vesting is round-specific: Strategic Anchor — 15% at the common TGE and 85% monthly over 15 months, no cliff; Standard Early Investor — 10% at TGE and 90% monthly over 18 months, no cliff; Ecosystem Access — 15% at TGE and 85% monthly over 12 months, no cliff; Private Sale — 15% at TGE and 85% monthly over 12 months, no cliff; Public Presale — 20% at TGE and 10% monthly for eight months, no cliff. Strategic Partner programs are separately configured. The investor dashboard and approved allocation record are authoritative for the applicable round; the exact common TGE instant is not inferred from approval time.
5. TGE & delivery
Token delivery occurs after Token Generation Event and successful KYC, subject to regulatory approval. Wallet address must be verified before distribution.
6. Representations
Purchaser represents that: funds are lawful; they meet eligibility requirements; they are not a restricted person; they have read the Risk Disclosure and Token Terms; and they act for their own account unless disclosed.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, contributions are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Governing law
England and Wales, subject to mandatory local law. Disputes: courts of England and Wales.
9. Signatures
Electronic acceptance via the investor platform constitutes agreement to these summary terms pending any definitive document for your allocation tier.
